Shop Terms & Conditions

All prices include VAT where applicable and delivery. Your order confirmation email can be used a VAT receipt if required.

All orders are sent from Forced Entertainment’s office in Sheffield using Royal Mail postal services. 

We aim to deliver all materials within 10 working days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind that out of stock items may take longer to deliver. If your order is urgent please email us fe@forcedentertainment.com and we will do our best to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

All materials available from the company are protected by copyright laws, and may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, broadcast or otherwise exploited in any manner without the express prior written permission of the copyright holder. If you have any further queries about orders please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. These additional charges are your responsibility, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery within 14 days of receiving the items, for a full refund (we will also pay return postage costs if materials received were damaged or faulty).

Advisory notice:
Some of Forced Entertainment’s performances have adult themes, which are reflected in the documentation materials we sell. We have highlighted the items where we advise a 16+ age rating. We ask you to please be aware of this when buying products for educational purposes.
