That Night Follows Day

In a collaboration with the Southbank Centre back in 2018, seventeen young people aged between 8 – 15 from around London, came together to create a full version of Tim Etchells’ text That Night Follows Day. Written for an adult audience, and performed by children, what was created would resonate with the Purcell Room audience over 6 performances in a truly moving and memorable way.

The project felt like a coming together of our work with young people, I was so inspired by their commitment, the kinship and support of each other. It was hard work but there was laughter and a lot of warm up games!”
