40 Years
40 years of tearing up the rulebook
It’s an extraordinary record: six artists sustaining a unique partnership and creating work together for over 40 years.
In 2024 we celebrated our 40th birthday year and it was an opportunity to reflect on that astonishing journey. We asked company members and supporters past and present to share images and thoughts from our archive in our FE Recall project.
It was year in which we worked with 5 collaborators, presented 6 shows, performing 37 times in 8 countries to an audience of over 12,500. We presented 72 workshops and talks to over 850 participants.
And shortlisted for a Stage Award for our international work.
